Journalism Fellowships Announced
Jack Webster Foundation Co-Chairs Joanna Piros and Ernest Yee today announced $15,000 in funding for 2015 recipients of the JWF Professional Development Fellowships.All five recipients will attend the Poynter Institute in Florida in the following courses: Hands-On Backpack and Mobile Video Reporting, Secrets of Great Enterprise Reporting and The Effective Reporter.
"We're very proud that the Jack Webster Foundation is able to provide professional development opportunities for BC journalists," Yee said. "To date, more than $200,000 has been distributed."
